On 15th November 2022, LC Energy exhibited at the Heathrow Business Summit, held at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel. This year’s Business Summit focused on ways in which SMEs can help Heathrow continue to grow sustainably.
With speeches from Heathrow’s senior representatives and suppliers showcasing procurement prospects, the Summit provided a unique opportunity for local SMEs to find out how they can work with larger suppliers. The summit also offered insight into how working with Heathrow will enable SMEs to play a central role in the airport’s operation, and wider sustainable supply chain.
Mark Lebus, LC Energy’s Managing Director featured in the Heathrow Category and SMEs showcase video. Mark talked about how LC Energy works in partnership with Heathrow and supports the Heathrow Airport 2.0 – our plan for a sustainable future, though the supply of local and sustainably sourced biomass wood fuel to the Heathrow Energy Centre, decarbonising heat across the airport’s terminals and buildings.
