We have the expertise, experience and management systems to deliver heating solutions including system design, installation, service and maintenance of biomass boilers, solar thermal systems and heat pumps across the South East to all our customers in the public, private and commercial sectors.
Our delivery schedule and delivery guidelines give guidance on restricted access, pallet sizes, order cut off times and re-delivery charges to ensure you receive an efficient and quick delivery.
The majority of our deliveries will be made on an 18 tonne lorry which is 13m long and 2.8m wide. These vehicles should all come equipped with a tail lift and hand pump pallet truck to help the driver move the pallet off the lorry. (Very occasionally you may find that your delivery arrives on a larger vehicle).
Customers can request a 7.5tonne lorry if access is restricted in the order notes at the checkout, and although most of the delivery companies will endeavour to meet this request, we cannot guarantee this. Before requesting a 7.5t vehicle please be aware that the difference is only in the length, the width of the 18t and 7.5t is the same. The maximum load weight for a 7.5t vehicle is 2 pallets, this service will not be available for any orders over this amount. If your pallet is delivered on a 7.5t vehicle half of the bags will have to be hand balled off before the pallet is light enough to be lowered on the tail lift.
The weight of the pallet will depend on the product you choose – please see our individual products for more information. All full pallets are roughly 1.5m high x 1.2m wide.
Our Terms and Conditions state that delivery is to kerbside only. Individual delivery companies have their own regulations as to whether or not they will come up a drive or deliver beyond kerbside on a pallet vehicle. This will also depend on the terrain – it is not possible to pull a pallet up a steep incline or across gravel or grass. When the vehicle arrives, the customer can discuss their individual requirements with the driver and come to an agreement but this will be outside our Terms and Conditions.
If you have any specific delivery requirements, please state them on the order notes at the checkout along with the vehicle requirement if necessary. We then have the opportunity before delivery to discuss these with either you or the delivery company to ensure that your requirements are met. If we are sure that we cannot accommodate your request, we will advise you and immediately cancel the order, and refund you the full amount. We can only do this at the time of the order being placed.
The cut off time for all bagged pellet products is 2PM. Anything ordered after this time is likely to be processed the following day.
Standard delivery is 3- 4 working days.We endeavour to ensure all deliveries are on time, however please be aware that delays can occur and are out of our control.

If your order is placed before the cut off time, then this will be delivered on the third or fourth working day after the order has been placed. Example: If you order a product before the cut off time on a Monday then the delivery would be with you either on the Thursday or the Friday.
If the order is placed after the cut off time it will be processed as the following days order before the cut off time and then this will be delivered on the third or fourth working day after the order process date. Example: If you order a product after the cut off time on a Monday then this will be processed as a Tuesday order before the cut off time and delivery would be with you either on the Friday or the following Monday.
Please note if you place a Next Day delivery before the cut off time on a Friday this will arrive with you on Monday and not Saturday unless a Saturday delivery has been arranged directly with us and the Saturday charge has been paid. Please contact us to arrange for Saturday deliveries.
We encourage the delivery depot to phone you to confirm the delivery date, however we cannot guarantee this. If you require a different delivery date or would like the depot to call you to arrange a convenient time, please state this in the order notes at the checkout. At this stage you should also advise them of any restrictions that they may need to be aware of.
Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm, we are unable to give a smaller time frame on orders. Saturday deliveries are AM deliveries and will be between 8am and 1pm.
We strongly advise you to be there for delivery. If you are happy for the pallet to be left, please state this on the order notes at the checkout. Without this note the driver will take the pallet back to the depot and you will be charged for the cost of the re-delivery.
