LC ENERGY JOIN HEATHROW AIRPORT FOR AN ENTERTAINING DAY
Mark, Lucy and Zander spent Saturday in an aircraft hanger at Heathrow Airport for their annual fun day for family and staff.
The LC Energy stand allowed all those interested in biomass to stop and chat and understand more about this renewable energy. Heathrow Airport have their own energy centre which houses a huge 1MW biomass boiler which provides heat to Terminals 2 and 5.
The team gave out 500 spruce saplings to the visitors, so hopefully that will be 500 more trees planted across the South East.
