LC Energy launch new re-branded website

We are delighted to start the New Year with the launch of our newly re-branded website and would like to take this opportunity to wish all our clients and customers a very Happy New Year for 2014.

The most exciting new development last year was the latest arrival to the LC Energy family. Our timber manager Richard Edwards and his wife Liv were delighted to announce the arrival of their first baby in October, a beautiful baby boy called Finn.

After a successful 2013 which saw the opening of the Energy Centre at Heathrow Airport, the launch of our online Pellet Store, the recruitment of 4 new members of staff and the purchase of a new pellet lorry, to mention a few of our hi-lights, we are ready for the challenges that 2014 will bring.

We recently welcomed Nathan Smith to LC Energy as Biomass Support Engineer to provide our clients with servicing and maintenance of their biomass systems. Linking maintenance with fuel supply will ensure that your boiler is running at it’s optimum efficiency at all times.

We aim to continue to provide the best customer to service to our clients and customers, and we have appointed a new customer service executive, Victoria Routley, who will be joining us on 6th January 2014. Vicky’s remit includes handling all the customer enquiries for our pellet website and we look forward to welcoming her to LC Energy very soon. With the RHI for Domestic customers due to be launched by the Government in April 2014, we expect to be very busy with new pellet customers. We aim to be the most competitively priced pellet supply website in the UK, and we strive to continually improve the service to our customers through choice, value and improved distribution and tracking systems. We will keep you updated through our monthly newsletters on any new developments.

Our wood chip business continues to grow and we have opened 2 new hubs in the last few months to increase our distribution to the north and west of our core area in the south east. More hubs adds to our resilience and our large stock of seasoned timber across our 7 hubs ensures security of our supply.
