On Thursday 25th April, our team took to the woodlands for our eighth tree planting event with one of our clients, Heathrow Airport.
The day kicked off with a talk by Roger Fitter MBE, RFS, Hascombe Estate Woodland Manager about the woodlands & woodland management on on the estate. The day involved the enthusiastic team working in woodland, planting trees as part of an extensive woodland management scheme with a well deserved short break in between. In total 1,000 trees were successfully planted by the team over the course of the day! The day was a triumph and it was great to see some old faces as well as a few new ones.
These projects not only strengthen the fellowship within our team, local community and a valued client, but also help us do our part by further increasing the sustainability of our business, proving our dedication to our company values.
