LC Energy exhibited at Innovate Guildford at the weekend – a local family festival designed to inspire young people about potential careers in the Science and Arts.
The event was a huge success! We were excited and ready to go at 10am, with our stand bursting with information leaflets and activity packs. We spoke to lots of people, answering questions about our company, and the sustainability market in general. It was amazing to see so many young people share our passion for sustainable energy.
As part of the sustainable wood fuel supply chain the planting of trees is really important. To help with this, at the event 350 Norwegian spruce saplings were given away to young scientists, engineers, artists and innovators of tomorrow for planting to demonstrate and support sustainability from wood fuel.
