What is the BSL?
The Biomass Suppliers List will be used to provide RHI participants with a simple way to demonstrate that their fuel complies with RHI standards. As an accredited supplier we will be able to label our compliant products with the BSL mark to illustrate that this fuel complies with RHI sustainability criteria.
How does this affect my RHI payments?
If you wish to claim RHI payments then you will need to source your wood fuel from a BSL accredited fuel supply chain.
When will the scheme be introduced?
All of your wood fuel will have to be produced or supplied by a registered BSL member from Spring 2015.
