Yes. If you notice the problem when the driver is at your address please ask him to take them away and then inform us so that we can arrange for the correct pallet to be sent out as soon as possible. If goods are incorrectly delivered to you, we can only accept their return at our cost if they are in in a sale-able condition i.e a complete full in original wrapping, and we are notified within 48 hours from delivery.
